Arkil

Arkil is a proprietary small molecule targeting the androgen receptor for treatment of prostate cancer (androgen-dependent and androgen-independent/refractory forms). Arkil is being developed by our Panacela Labs, Inc. subsidiary.

In preclinical models, Arkil has been shown to cause selective degradation of the androgen receptor, thereby eliminating the constant androgen receptor signaling pathway activity that is essential for growth and viability of the majority of prostate cancers, including those that have lost their dependence on androgen.
