Information Technology

Role and Responsibilities

Under supervision provides IT hardware and software support to end users. Performs administration duties for the organization’s network, telecom, and computing technology. Maintains and deploys user hardware and software resources to include desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, OS, business applications, and peripherals. This is a part time role.

  • Responsible for daily support and maintenance of Cytocom’s IT systems.
  • Oversee help desk activities and coordinate end user support.
  • Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software.
  • Set up and install workstation equipment (i.e., computers, monitors, printers, phone systems).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve employee system issues.
  • Maintain endpoint security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Create user accounts and manage access control.
  • Document processes and workflows, as well as back up and archival of data.
  • System related project work as assigned by IT Management.
  • Stay up to date on advancements and best practices in IT administration.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • BS in technical discipline, such as computer science, information technology or computer engineering a plus.
  • IT Certification(s); i.e., Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc. a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a corporate IT environment.

Physical Job Requirements

  • May require physical in-person troubleshooting (Computers/Printers/Networking).
  • New equipment deployments (Computers/Printers/Phones/Networking/Cabling).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (Server, Battery Units).

Human Resources

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department, working closely with the VP of Human Resources.  Responsibilities include creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and Company guidelines, staying abreast of HR law and regulatory changes, payroll, recruiting, SOX compliance and other areas.

  • Assist in the development of HR processes and checklists including onboarding, open enrollment, payroll processing, HRIS changes, new hire onboarding, recruitment, etc.
  • Create document templates, i.e., payroll change form, termination letter, separation agreement, etc.
  • Assist in evaluation and implementation of new systems, i.e., performance management.
  • Work closely with Finance to track spending against the HR budget.
  • In collaboration with department leadership, prepare headcount projections.
  • Develop job descriptions for new and existing positions.
  • Generate offer letters and new hire documentation for onboarding.
  • Develop new hire and employee termination workflow for communication to IT, hiring managers, Finance, etc. Review and update as needed.
  • Educate newly hired employees in HR policies, internal procedures, Company Values, etc.
  • Recruit for open positions; job postings, resume review, interview set up, providing interview questions and assistance to hiring managers.
  • Create internal performance improvement plan documentation.
  • Employee event and meeting planning.
  • Identify training and development opportunities for individual employees as well as overall groups (specific department, managers, etc.)
  • Initiate and track annual harassment and diversity training.
  • Track vendor contracts, i.e., temporary help, recruiters, benefit providers, etc.
  • Maintain electronic files for employees and their documents, benefits, etc. through Gusto.
  • Maintain all HR electronic files via SharePoint / Teams.
  • Set Employee Meeting dates and work closely with leadership to develop agenda.
  • Evaluate employee recognition programs and make recommendation to HR leadership.
  • Work closely with VP of HR on compensation planning, data submission, data evaluation, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus 3 – 5 Years’ Human Resources experience.
  • HR Certification, i.e., SHRM-CP, PHR a plus.
  • Detail oriented, organized, thoughtful in approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change.
